Baldur is principal conductor at the Orquestra Sinfonica do Porto Casa da Musica and Basel Sinfonietta and has led major projects with the Philharmonic Orchestras of Seoul, Luxembourg, Stockholm, Oslo, with the Norwegian Radio Orchestra, Vienna Radio Symphony, Frankfurt Radio Symphony, and Danish National Symphony, as well as with prestigious Opera Houses, among others.
His distinguished career has been guided by a strong belief in questioning the traditional boundaries of classical music and is currently focused on combining contemporary and unknown works with standard repertoire in the most unexpected ways.
