Combining Sound, Movement, and Mindfulness in Choral Experience
October 12, 2021 at 19:00 CET (Online Session)
There has never been a more appropriate time to take care of our physical and mental health. What if we do it through music and singing? This session will teach you how to HELP your singers heal, reconnect, and re-engage by seamlessly creative movement, yoga, and mindfulness; AMPLIFY music learning, vocal skills, community building, and artistic freedom in every rehearsal and performance; EXPLORE the many possibilities and benefits of the energetic arts such as qigong and tai chi as sources of deeper dive into artistic abandon.
