Audiences come for meaning, connection – a chance for transformation. To thrive in the 21st century we need to place our audiences at the center of the experience, rebuilding our musical offerings from the ground up. Using design thinking we will reimagine every aspect of our audience’s experience to create engaging, relevant, and meaningful performances that will move and inspire both musicians and audiences.
Ingrid is a curator, conductor and presenter of 100+ unique, innovative performance programs for orchestras, bands, choirs, and chamber ensembles. She is the founder of ConductingArtistry.com – an online learning platform for conductors including a blog, podcast, and courses – and the music director of the Victorian Youth Symphony Orchestra, Bayside Chamber Orchestra & Crosswinds Ensemble in Melbourne, Australia.
Her passionate leadership from the podium and commitment to artistic excellence have paved the path to many successful collaborations with ensembles, which have moved and inspired audiences and performers alike.
